Cancellations 22 days prior to arrival result in full refund
minus a $50 handling fee. For reservations involving 2 or
more cottages, the cancellation must be made 31 days prior
to arrival to receive refund less fee. Deposits are not
refundable if reservation is canceled twenty one (21) days
or less prior to arrival. Charges will be made for the
entire stay if cancellations are made 48 hours or less prior
to arrival or messages left thereafter.
Wedding event cancellation policy: Deposits or payments that have been paid within the last 30 days will be refunded. There is a $50 handling fee and repayment is made within 30 to 60 days.
